Dr. Ouko continues to innovate in primary healthcare services, while championing holistic wellness, preventive care, and community outreach.

He plays a pivotal role in supporting clinical decision-making through timely and trusted lab results. Though he serves part-time, Nimrod’s presence ensures consistent excellence in laboratory diagnostics—an integral part of patient care at Starlite.

Clinical and Counseling Psychologist
Julius Ochieng’ Obondi is a passionate and dynamic clinical and counseling psychologist, committed to transforming lives through mental health awareness, therapy, and emotional support. He is the founder of Wema Mind Space Hub, a mental health initiative under Starlite Medical Centre, dedicated to empowering individuals, couples, and families.
Despite his early years in the field, Julius has vast training in trauma therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, substance abuse counseling, and family therapy, offering personalized care with empathy, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.
At Wema Mind Space Hub, he leads efforts to destigmatize mental health, promote emotional well-being, and create a safe space for healing and growth.
